The Four-Week Integration
Four weeks to move from understanding it to living it.
You already know a lot about yourself. That’s usually not the missing piece.
There’s often a gap between what you understand and what you’re able to live. You can name the pattern and still watch it run. You can know exactly what you need and still find it out of reach when you’re activated.
More understanding, on its own, doesn’t usually close that gap. Integration does — and there are many doors into integration. Ritual. Energy work. Ceremony. Prayer. Creative practice. The body is one of those doors, and it’s the one I work through most directly — a gate into what’s already moving in you.
What the doors share is return. Coming back, again and again, until the new way of being is simply yours.
This is four weeks of that.
How it moves
Three phases, four sessions, one arc.
Week One — Grounding. We build the floor. Orientation, capacity, and a felt sense of safety in your own system. Everything after this depends on it, so we don’t rush it.
Weeks Two and Three — Reclaiming. This is the heart of it. We meet the protective patterns that have been carrying the load — not to remove them, but to widen what else is available. They stay, and they still know how. What changes is that the energy they’ve been holding becomes yours to direct. This phase takes two weeks because it can’t be compressed — your nervous system sets the pace, not the calendar.
Week Four — Embodied Creation. We return to what’s shifted over the three weeks and let your body confirm it. Then we turn toward what you want to create, and you feel it — not as a plan, but as an experience in your system right now. We stay with that, and let it expand. You leave creating from a state that’s yours, rather than reaching for one.
Between sessions there’s something small to practice — usually ten or fifteen minutes a day. That’s not homework for its own sake. The days between sessions are where integration consolidates, and I’ll build the practice around your real life rather than an ideal version of it.

Who this is for
This suits people who are already building something — creators, entrepreneurs, healers, leaders — who have a clear vision and keep meeting the same wall between the vision and the living of it.
It’s also for people in the middle of integrating something large. After a ceremony or plant medicine experience. After ketamine therapy. Through a life transition, or in the wake of a big shift that’s still settling.
Something opened. Now it’s looking for a place to land. Integration is giving that opening somewhere to live in you — so it becomes how you move through your days, rather than a memory of a day.
It tends to land well if you have some prior experience with meditation, somatic work, or therapy; if you can hold “I’m stuck and I’m capable” without collapsing into one or the other; if you want to reclaim your own agency rather than have someone fix you; and if you have room for a small daily practice.
It’s not the right fit for everyone, and I’d rather tell you that on a call than four weeks in.
Scope
This work is somatic therapy and bodywork. It isn’t a replacement for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or psychotherapy — and if you’re working with a therapist or doctor, I’d encourage you to keep that relationship in place alongside this.
Every container starts with a conversation.
Thirty minutes, free. We’ll talk about what you’re carrying, what you’re building, and whether these four weeks are actually the right shape for it.
